How It Works

With a Saudi Arabia eVisa, travelers can go to this country for tourism or to visit Saudi citizens, such as family and friends. Muslim pilgrims can also perform Umrah outside of the Hajj. Visa holders can visit the holy cities of Jeddah, Makkah (Mecca), and Medina. Take into consideration that Makkah and Medina can only be visited by Muslims.

Please note: It is not possible to use this visa to perform Hajj. There are separate visa categories available for visits during this period.

The Saudi Arabia Tourist Visa offers a total validity of one year and stays of up to 90 days in Total per entry. It’s a Multiple Entry. This visa or a transit visa is not required if you do not leave the transit area of the airport in Saudi Arabia. You may need a transit visa if the time between your flights is longer than 12 hours.

  • The Saudi Arabia Tourist e-Visa allows applicants Multiple Entry in Saudi Arabia and visitors can remain in the country for up to 90 days in Total.
  • To apply for this visa you must have a passport with at least 6 months of validity from the date of arrival and have at least 1 page available for stamping.
  • You can apply for a Saudi Arabia Tourist e-Visa if the purpose of your visit is tourism.
  • If you are traveling with children under 18 years old, you will have to add them to your application, otherwise they won’t be able to apply by themselves.
  • Having a Tourist Visa for Saudi Arabia does not mean an automatic right of entry for the holder into the Country. The Immigration Officer at the port of entry may refuse entry to any person if he considers that the traveler is unable to fulfill the immigration requirements or that their presence in Saudi Arabia would be contrary to national interests or security.

  • Passport with minimum validity of 6 months

There may be further Saudi Arabia online visa requirements for supporting documents depending on the applicant’s nationality and status. Any dependents of the main applicant ( a spouse, children below 18 years of age, or parents above 60 years of age) are required to enclose in the application supporting documents that prove the status of the relationship, e.g. marriage certificate or birth certificate.
